Let me rephrase that. I mean, artificial environments. Those situations where you can account for all therefore all can go to plan.

Strategies are for the raging, the quirky, the languid, and the lovely world we usually wake up each morning. In this world, good enough is good enough.

When perfection is the goal you unwittingly lean toward planning rather than strategizing.

Here, think it through…

• Is your business environment real or artificial?

• Is it predictable?

• How much control do you really have?
