Strategy: a human activity encompassed by three things: a value, ways, and means.
A person cannot and will not act without these three things present, be they explicit or implicit.
So, the issue isn’t whether you have a strategy or not, but whether you are strategic or not.
A strategic person first understand the value, then find ways, and finally access to the means to make it a reality.
The…less than strategic work bass ackwards. First they look at their means, then find a way to use them that produces some value.
———
The strategic will be focused.
The non-strategic will not.
———
The strategic move powerfully and agily in one direction.
The non-strategic move rigidly and weakly in EVERY direction.
———
Focus. Be strategic.
