But with focus won’t I have tunnel vision. Won’t I in fact become blind?
You are already blind. It’s true.
You cannot see everything. Therefore there are many things you cannot see, will not see. You are blind to them.
But…if you’re still worried about blindness, here’s a tip.
When you have a focus, start looking for things that don’t confirm your view of things. Look for mismatches to how you see things. Most people only look for what confirms their view. With a focus you are free to do the opposite.
If you’re focused, be confident in that, because now you are free to see what’s really out there. Besides, remember, you may have to refocus later anyway.
Focus. You cannot refocus if you aren’t focused in the first place.
