If I focus I may be wrong!

So what? You’ve had foot to ground long enough to know that you are wrapped in error more often than girded in accuracy, right?

Yeah yeah yeah, but if I focus and go in the wrong direction…

At least you know you’re going in the wrong direction. You refocus and go in a new direction. But if you’re unfocused you’re going in every direction and every direction at once is the wrong direction everytime.

Think of it this way, since you are so concerned about being right.

Suppose your business is a standardized test, like SAT or ACT. The question on business direction is multiple choice.

O A. blah blah blah
O B. blahblah blah blah
O C. blah blahblahblah blah
O D. blah

If you’re an unfocused firm, you bubble in all the choices.

How is this question then scored…

WRONG

The right answer is never every answer.

Focus. You truly can change when you know what to change.
